I was having the same issue Just clear all apps from history Hard restart ur device Then open PPHelper app And click the circle and wait for like 3 seconds then lock ur device ! Dont touch ur device after locking just wait for notification to popup Hope this Helped you

Have u jailbroked it From PPHelper app? If yes then just rejailbreak it with PPHelper app Because Of the reboot maybe?Its Semi-Thethered rigth? Rejailbreak using PPHelper
