Base on my knowledge; Save cheats; is almost the same as a memory hacking. However it’s not infinite. Both method involves editing files. Some game storages their values in a save file. Some restore their values onto memory. Online games store most of their value on server side which makes it hard to hack the game. Before you can hack a server sided games; you’ll need to hack into the server. if there are value stores in save file; it’s easy to modify and hack than memory and server sided hacking.
