Help/Support Gdb 'Cannot access memory at adress 0xXXXX'

When i set a watchpoint on a memory adress, i get this: Cannot access memory at address 0x0190EAA4There are already some help topics about this, but it wasn't really helpfull.Does anyone knows how to fix that? Thanks. (I don't want to use LLDB)

Hello, I want to slow down my wifi to hack a game. (Dont ask why or how ) Its possible to do so on android with some packet sender tools, but i havent found one which i could install on my iOS Device or my pc to slow down my wifi on my phone. Does anyone knows if there is one for Windows/iOS? Help is ovbiously apprechiated, thanks
