I need help extracting a pList from an app i want to try & mod to my computer. I tried to download iPhoneBrowser but it won't work. I feel like there is an easy way, could anyone please help me out? Thanks in advance

So, I use app admin to downgrade some apps so I can use old hacks for them. I was wondering if there is a way to bypass updating an app to play it. For example, I downgraded fun run 2 to v2.1.1 and it says I have to update in order to play. I know there's a block update option on app admin but it doesn't seem to fix my issue. Can anyone help? I really want to use this hack for that version.
