On my recent game Tempest: Pirate action RPG, I can't seem to lock on the values of Cannon Balls and Coins. Even when I changed the address and Values of Cannon Balls, it will just change back to the correct amount in the game.

Hmmm the problem is that, he/she is running on 9.2. Which I normally use https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com/ for my 9.3, I'm not sure that will work for him/her

There no way to removed the Ban unless you ask the developers/game company to unban you or you can logout of your Game Center and delete the app data and start over.
