So from what I understand, someone gets on your account with his Jailbroken device, then installs the hack and configures it and hands you back the account.

What is your device, iOS version, and what is not making you able to Jailbreak?

Not possible, only possible way is a Private DNS which you can search for it

Instead of null for the PtcPass and Username put 2 empty "" Ex. "PtcPassword": "", same for username

Get ReiBoot/RecBoot I don't believe they need you to trust the computer in order to work. You can find a tutorial about it on the forum, you need to enter recovery mode and exit it using that tool.
