So i bought vip using localiapstore and i still dont have vip, can anyone tell me the prob, thank you.

I opened up cydia, it was loading but I accidentally pressed the off button, I went back to home and I can't open Cydia and other apps it crashes, so I restarted my iPad and all the apps are gone. Theres nothing! NO ICONS!!! I restored and its still the same. HELP PLEASE PLEASE
