I used to get this error when trying to uninstall tweaks, I forgot how to fix it. Try refreshing your sources. http://www.iphonehacks.com/2016/07/fix-failed-in-buffer_writefd-8-ret-1-cydia-error-when-installing-packages.htmlI think that's what he meant
