There's only 2 switches , it looks like you've installed someone else's hack . Remove the hack and install the hack from iosgods.

You can't follow instructions then

Simple go to Cydia and select installed then recent then snap bang wallop it's gone .

You need to update the app this hack is for the latest version in the AppStore .
