Transfer the binary to your PC using WinSCP. Then loading the binary properly: 1) Select the portion(armv7 or arm64) of the binary. 2) Go to Processors 3.) Scroll up for ARM little endian and Click on "Set" 4.) Press ok and that's it. You will have to wait awhile for the binary to load.

You can hex edit them. It's better to do it on your PC than with iPad, but IFile and Filza have a hex editor plugin.
