How can you have jailbreak when you restored through iTunes?

There are tutorials already made for hex editing. However, since you're nonjailbroken, you can't hex edit on it; you can do it on your PC.

Better way: 1.) Transfer the .ipa via WinSCP. 2.) Open the .ipa via Winrar. 3.) Go the Info.plist and change whatever you need. 4.) Lastly, transfer it back to your iDevice and install it.
