Never fully remove the keychain file bad things happen when you do

Turn off then turn back on with power up button in till screen turns on fully and it should work because the tweak uses safe mode

Doesn't it install with Cydia?

Not needed if they are jail broken and have A file explorer on there computer they can use autoinstall from the root folder

By tweak he means any deb file you installed Or hack you enabled with flex oR IG

Did you have cydelete that's the only tweak I can think of that will give you trouble with deleting apps?
