Okaaaaaay, back once again. This is another one of my iPhones that was jailbroken. I tried restoring it to clear the jaibreak and everything on it. But now it's just stuck at the Apple Logo ( like rebooting ). Plus I originally had F.Lux on it so the logo is kinda tinted yellow, and I mentioned this because I thought this means, that the jailbreak or anything wasn't removed.

So I literally just jailbroke my phone. Cydia and everything was installed. But when I opened cydia, it's like loading forever in the "Preparing Filesystem" any help/advice?

This assures that you don’t get eye strain. iCleaner - If you ever need to clear up space on your jailbroken iPhone, there’s a Cydia app that can clear out temporary files and other unnecessary files in order to make more room without deleting important data. Eclipse 2 - adds the missing dark mode to iOS making it possible for users to have a completely different look on their devices. Eclipse not only affects the stock apps and different aspects of iOS but it also adds a dark mode to third-party applications. Alkaline - Set mini themes for your battery icon, from sleek to more modern. CallBar - An unobtrusive way to answer and hold calls while continuing the task you were doing before the phone call. Harbor - Brings the OS X dock to iOS. Quickly swipe through many apps on your dock, a zoom animation is activated and it allows you to fit many more apps in the dock. Power Saver Mode - Ports the iOS 9 “Low Power Mode” onto iOS 8.3 devices and is better functionality wise. Although it does not alter CPU usage like iOS 9 does, this tweak allows you to disable unneeded power saving methods if desired. CameraTweak 3 - Make your camera application much smarter and more useful. Add grids, extra quality settings and more direct control over video and photo settings.
