Thank you everyone for helping! I got it installed now! I've deleted some tweaks, but it didn't seem to work. (I don't have a lot of tweaks) I've reinstalled "Cydia Installer" and it seemed to help. Thank you everyone!

The same, I can install other tweaks and debs, but it shows me the error when I install perl? I had it installed before when I had iOS 8.1. But now it won't.
