Let me correct myself, its partially supported, or should I say it has a bug of some sorts. When sideloading, it appears as if the app never finishes downloading (stays in GeneratingAppMap), but after 1-2 mins..you can close off Impactor and the app should be on your device. Tested on 6s on 10.3. It may take a few tries though.

Try searching for appsync unified. Actually Sign Out and log back in in the settings app -> iTunes & App store ^Before you do anything.
