Well on Windows, if you go into the registry you can have the system disable camera for bluestacks specifically so that the augmented pokemon go features don't crash your game. Unfortunately, I dont have a mac so I don't know how to fix this issue on there. As for the kingroot problem, have you tried downloading a prerooted version of bluestacks? I fixed the links faggot

You are on bluestacks 2 right? Make sure you disabled the camera in the registry, and if bluestacks 2 doesn't work maybe give Memu a try. I think Memu has a prerooted option though. You installed fakegps as a system app right? Everytime you want to launch it, go through luckypatcher, click search and change filter to System apps only. fakegps should come up. To start, An explanation of whats happening to you would be helpful check your programdata, the folder is sometimes hidden. To make it unhidden in C://, click start and search folder options. There is an option to make all folders visible.

I've been hatching eggs using the walk around location feature in the settings for fake gps. Though it isn't fast, it works while I am afk. If you find a better alternative please share!
