Go to: /var/mobile/libary/preferences --> Remove the com.ted2.mkx plist (name should start with com.ted2 last part im not sure) -

Drag the .iPA into cydia impactor & login with your Apple ID Logins. -

You can clone apps using PP store, altough I don't think it competible with iOS 10.3.3 yet #UnstableJailbreak -
