I'm not 100% what you exactly mean, but if you mean keys that gets loaded in app as protection I do know somethint. I'm not sure about ios, but some games/app on android got CRC32 protection, this protection has 2 keys. 1. A key which is loaded when app is not modified, so you can play game. when app is modified, it will load another key which will make the game crash. The right key can be figured out by writing a program, but I'm not sure how this works.
