Go to /var/Library/Mobile Substrate/Dynamic Libraries Then look for Iapcracker (or something that seems to be iAPCracker) there should be a .plist and .dylib of iAPCracker, delete it. Then RESPRING And go on Cydia, look if it is still their. Or if still not work try using iCleaner.
