I doubt it. Probably some code or framework they used is only available on iOS 10+.

Perhaps now there's an actual reason it doesn't support iOS 9 or lower.

This hack is now updated to App Store version 3.8.2! Hack is now an In-Game Mod Menu! Uninstall old hacks before installing this. x32 offsets have been slightly adjusted, you cannot specify custom values for old devices this update. Test and report back!

Are you using latest Rasticrac version? 3.3.6?

On Cydia, there is another package called LLVM+Clang for 32-bit last time I checked.

There is currently no jailbreak available for 11.2.6 or 11.3.

Cracking an App disables security related stuff which makes it able to be shared with others. Otherwise people wouldn’t be able to use your IPAs

It’s an IPA you need to sideload just like recent jailbreaks.

Reinstall the cheat then remove it from Cydia.

Why did you restore from backup? At this point you're just making things worse. Jailbreak Electra without Tweaks enabled and run Delectra. I don't think there's another solution for you right now.

Read the first post, you must finish the tutorial before using the hack. You finished the barista tutorial part and gained so much XP that you leveled up to 10/20 and the game doesn't know what to do. Check the option and buy things from store and complete actions.
