Ah, OK. Now I understand. It seems like you haven't declared your $THEOS variable, that's why it's not finding the toolchain folder. Read the "Setting the $THEOS variable" part again then try running the toolchain command again.

That tutorial is for Windows. Linux doesn’t need that toolchain.

No, CPloader does not support iOS 11.
