No, the iOS version in the filename usually either means it was cracked on that iOS version or the minimum iOS version the IPA can be installed on is 8.0. Which iOS version are you trying to install the IPA on?

Perhaps something must be wrong with the x32 offsets as I only tested on a x64 device. Could you try to disable the custom values and try them one by one?

This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap on the iOSGods button found inside the app.

You're supposed to enable the feature, then tap on the pause button in-game.

You need to read the topic properly on how to activate them.

No, the actual switch inside the menu. Once you enter your value, you tap the switch to enable the value.
