You will have to use the normal app and that is currently revoked, but you can use Sideloadly or AltStore to sideloading your IPAs for now. Hello, You currently cannot Jailbreak iOS 13.6 and you can also not downgrade. You will just have to wait for a new Jailbreak that supports your iOS version.
