Hello, The way LocalIAPStore was written makes it so it does not work on No Jailbreak. Some other alternatives work, like iG IAP Cracker.

Unfortunately we cannot provide support for services like that. They do not even mention if the IPA is re-signed with a certificate in order for it to install on your iDevice. And I don't think it is.

If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD.
