Hello, Which app? To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

Hello, Apologies for my late reply. If your card was declined, please try purchasing again from a different device and network. You can try purchasing from your iOS Device & use Mobile Data. If the issue still persists, make sure your card has enough funds. The ViP prices are in USD. I assume by downloading the iPadOS virtual devices from Xcode options?

Open Xcode and download the other files. I can't remember what you needed to download in rdeer for the folder in question to appear. Also, make sure you Right Click -> View Package Contents on Xcode.app folder

According to the tutorial, you need to have Xcode installed and likely a virtual device? Does that folder exist if you open it via finder?
