You can use the Decrypted App Store and hopefully it's available there. If not, you can use iGDecrypt but it requires Jailbreak.

It may be related to hooks & rootless. They don't fully work yet and do cause crashes. See: Your iOS version should support rootful with palera1n. If that's an option, you should use it. -

Their issue was they were trying to download from the Indian App Store which is not an option on the Decrypted App Store at this time.

Live Offset Patcher should be plug & play. Will investigate as to why that is not the case.

It should scan for the presence and use that. We did have to make rootless changes at some point so perhaps something broke then. We’ll investigate!
