Hello, When you install a modified app from iOSGods App+, you can no longer update through the Apple App Store. You will need to update/reinstall latest update through the iOSGods App+, when an update is available. Regarding the install issues, you can try using a VPN.

In this case, please do not use Normal Install and keep it on Apple ID Sideload option. LDOE does not work well with free Apple IDs right now and we're working on fixing that. Some App+ users are still revoked and we're gradually fixing everyone affected too.

Why are you trying to use Sideloadly if you already have iOSGods App+?

If you are downloading from the iOSGods App, Normal Install is not for you if you are Non-Jailbroken.
