This basically enables users to decrypt an iOS app for researching, or in some cases, sideloading. Hello, That is old and likely does not work anymore. The link is also down, just tested.

Just tested this with a different IPA and it works fine, installs and DLG appears. I cannot reproduce your issue. Perhaps it is IPA related?
