Live Offset Patcher is now a part of iGameGod. So you need to uninstall the old .deb you have installed from Cydia so that the iGameGod version can work. -

Make sure you are using latest .deb and wait for the auto updater to do it's work. Launch iGMenu in Safe Mode too.
