Hello, iOSGods App+ subscription does not display on your iOSGods Profile due to it being purchasable via a different method. If you received an email regarding payment completion, then not long after you will receive an email with installation instructions. If more than 24 hours have passed, and you haven't received an email, you can send me a PM with your UDID or invoice # so we can look into your issue. -

Hello, You can use Sideloadly to inject any .deb to your IPAs before installing or sideloading. Just keep in mind that not all .debs will support Non-Jailbroken devices. -
