The hack has apparently been free for the majority of the 3 years since it has been running and updating. Recently, the developers changed things up and patched the hack, so updating it like we previously used to was no longer possible. That's why another author stepped in and re-hacked it, but decided to release it in ViP this time. ViP will support our community and prevent the hack from getting patched so easily, since it's not publicly available. The author may decide to release it back to free, but for now it's exclusive to ViPs. I'll ask about the Non-Jailbroken version. But even previous author hadn't made a jailed version either. So there's probably a good reason for that.

Have you tried signing in to iTunes on your PC?

The Sideloadly option is of course for PCs only as Sideloadly is a Windows/macOS app that is used to sideload IPAs onto your iOS device. So a computer is required for it. And you need to click that link on your computer. "Apple ID and password is incorrect" issue is likely a user error. Have you tried a different Apple ID perhaps?

To decrypt the IPAs, you will need Jailbreak.
