Live Offset Patcher is now a part of iGameGod. So you need to uninstall the old .deb you have installed from Cydia so that the iGameGod version can work.

Make sure you are using latest .deb and wait for the auto updater to do it's work. Launch iGMenu in Safe Mode too. Are you using a Jailbreak bypass? Those are known to block iGameGod.

It's possible that jakeashacks theosinstaller is broken. Please manually install it or use the other auto installer for now.
