Hey there! It really depends on the game. But generally, you shouldn't make yourself too obvious that you're cheating like giving yourself millions and billions or buying everything all at once. In some cases however: some games will automatically detect any changes you may make and flag you.

Hello, You did not mention how exactly you are installing them? It sounds like you are using Sideloadly, which would explain the 3 app limit as that is the limitation with a free Apple ID.

Hello, You cannot use In-App Purchases on sideloaded Apps/IPAs. If you want to support the developers, you need to install the original App Store version to make purchases. Please delete this folder: /Library/Mail/Bundles/SideloadlyPlugin.mailbundle And re-open Sideloadly to set up anisette again. Rebooting your MacBook seems to help too.

That is not a feature right now, but it would be something nice to implement.

Please use local anisette. That was released to fix this issue. Please setup and install local anisette when asked to do so then follow the instructions to enable the Mail app plugin. It is required in order to proceed.

Probably not. That game was meant for Japan region - clearly. But I wouldn't personally know. Perhaps there is an option if you dig enough?
