Hey! If you are enrolled in the Apple Developer Program then the apps will last up to 1 year as that is when your subscription with Apple expires. However, Sideloadly currently does not work with Paid Apple IDs due to Apple's changes so you will have to wait for an update. iOSGods App+ is a good alternative too.

Hey, You could use Sideloadly and enable the UIFileSharing option under Advanced Options as that will give you access to the application's Documents folder so you can upload files there. There is currently no support for Library folder Save Games at this time.

It is an Apple limitation sadly. To overcome this you need: Apple Developer Program enrolled Apple ID (this is currently not a viable solution as Sideloadly does not support paid Apple IDs right now) or iOSGods App+.
