There are no easy ways. il2cppdumper is as easy as it gets. Live Offset Patcher also helps. -

Seems like you may need the SDKs from the theos GitHub repo. See: https://github.com/theos/sdks -
You need iOSGods App+ for game center support. A paid Apple ID works too.
