I love it! Very useful for me! But sometimes my settings get reset when I upgrade but I make a backup of the files in \Documents\ShareX before updating.

Yes, disable everything at first so we can find the cause. Then you can try re-enabling everything again one by one.

Do you have any mod or adblocker installed which may conflict with MovieBox? How about MovieBox in safe mode? Does it work then?
