Get AutoTouch from the BigBoss repo.

The SQL command deletes only the Gameloft tables so yeah, this tutorial is only for Gameloft. If you delete the other tables you can possibly get unbanned on other games also.

Let us know which games this works on if yours are different from the list.

Why didn't you say that before?? Do you have any Spotify tweaks or sound tweaks? Your installed Tweaks are causing this issue. I'd suggest uninstalling them one by one and finding what's causing this. Or even better, give your phone a semi-restore.
