He does though because he used the template and theos would tell him he's missing it instead of that error. Running that above command will help determine what's wrong.

You're saying he should seperate them but with the same key so they'll both get activated? That still shouldn't be generating an error anyways.

If they're not there you can't do anything so check again closely.

Give your iPhone/iPad a semi restore and try again. A semi restore usually fixes half/most problems but if you're able to do a full restore, it'll fix all your problems. But I suggest you wait on @xmodgames to give you a more better answer. Have you tried using a VPN? Any flex tweaks for xmod or cydia tweaks?
