That depends on the payment method you used. If you're paying using your PayPal money, it'll be automatic. If you're paying via Credit Card, it may take a few days depending on your bank.

Yeah, sending an automatic PM with the reported content and reason? What if the reports are spam? Or the Author's PM is full? To be able to do this would require a custom made hook which we can probably do but the more you install, the worse/more problems you get.

Is there already a hook for this? This is a good idea although we usually contact the author of the reported content about it, it would be better for them to just get notified about it but that would mean they (everyone whose topic/post is reported) would have access to the ModeratorCP?
