Is this an app which appears on your SpringBoard or it appears in your settings? Do you have its dependencies? Did iFile finish with result code 0?

Maybe it just happens on your device?

Uninstall ~ 5 of your last installed tweaks.

Then that means a tweak you installed is not fully compatible on 8.3 therefore these random resprings happen. Although, I doubt they are random. They are probably triggered when the conflicting tweak(s) get to work. Uninstall some you think may be suspicious.

I'm really not sure why the lag is happening... I can see it is because of the hack but it's the first time I see this happening.

Install CrashReporter from Cydia and see what's causing the resprings/crashings.

Can you see the cheat in settings? Run that command in terminal also.

Close Cydia before installing

If iFile finishes with result code 0, proceed onto the next instructions.
