It could be a server issue but maybe it's just an issue on your end so give a VPN a try.

I just ran iCleaner Pro from cydia.angelxwind.net repo and it seems to have fixed the issue so far. No more freezing. For Non-Jailbroken users, they might need to clear Safari Cache & other things since that's what iCleaner does and it fixed it for me.

Just tried clearing Safari web data in Settings -> Safari and still the same issue. Going to try a few other stuff now.

You also need to see if the mod supports the version you have since games get updated and iOSv64 needs to update the mods also.

Well, yeah, that was in my case but that doesn't mean everyone else needs to do it. I know a few users who passed the 20% without restoring.

You're welcome. There's a Japan ID already available in the ViP topic also. But you can create one yourself with a few fake info you may find online.

I do not think so but you can create a new Apple ID and set it to the Japan store and you can switch easily without needing to empty out your store credit. You might also find the Cydia Tweak called "IDBox" useful to switch between multiple Apple IDs.

Uninstall that and try again.
