The only thing I can suggest to you right now is to contact Nexon support but there's also a risk they can see you're cheating. I've noticed a few others had this issue also but theirs was because the upgraded to industrial age by cheating and another person just woke up one morning and he could use the Industrial Age troops? It's probably a bug what happened to you. You can try to contact your Alliance buddies and ask them to kick your account so you can try re-joining.

The game is bugged. As long as your town hall isn't Industrial Age, you should be fine, hopefully. Contacting Nexon won't help as Khan mentioned.

If you can hear the ding on your PC, I don't think it's turned off. Maybe just the screen is blacked out? Do a hard reboot - Hold Home + Power button for 10 seconds.

Try the other servers too.

Does it show any signs of life? Maybe your Power button is broken? Plug it in to a PC.
