If you can hear the ding on your PC, I don't think it's turned off. Maybe just the screen is blacked out? Do a hard reboot - Hold Home + Power button for 10 seconds.

Try the other servers too.

Does it show any signs of life? Maybe your Power button is broken? Plug it in to a PC.

The game must have been bugged. Moving to Industrial before time has caused the medal reset. Even Nexon has said so on their FB page.

Did you cheat to Industrial Age? That's not supposed to happen. Did you have any other cheats installed?

Yeah, that seems to work too for some other users but it's dangerous really.

Open Keychains and remove Zenonia Table via iFile. Look at the Gameloft unban tutorial and just change the table name to Zenonia's.
