It's a zip file, not a .deb. AppCake only installs .debs. Extract & Install the zip via iFile/iFunbox.

Try adding #include <substrate.h> to the top of your tweak.xm If that doesn't work, re-install theos again because I can compile your tweak.xm on mine without a problem.

Your tweak.xm is fine. Your substrate.h file is the one giving you errors... Copy the CydiaSubstrate.h file from //Library/Frameworks/CydiaSubstrate.framework/Headers/, rename it to substrate.h and send it to /var/theos/include/

Yeah, we need to look at you tweak.xm..

You can install it via AppCake, or manually via iFile but it's important you read the hacks instructions that tell you how to make it work.

This is Sims FreePlay thread. Please comment on that thread about your problem. And apparently no Jailbreak hacks seems to be working for you. You're doing something wrong.

You need to activate the hacks before you open the game..

Respring/reboot after installing and make sure you have Preference Loader installed from Cydia.
