This is written in the FAQ: Why do I get the popup saying "Unable to verify App" or "Integrity could not be verified"?This usually means that the certificate which was used to install the app has been revoked by Apple. Unfortunately, revoking apps is up to Apple, and we can't do much to prevent revocations right now. iGameGod Jailed does, yes. The Jailbreak version requires updating.
