Here's a link to what Laxus means: Decrypted App Store Otherwise, AppStore++ should work too and you can decrypt the IPA afterwards with iGDecrypt. -

How are you generating the Packages? You may need to use dpkg-scanpackages or something similar.

Report the issue to r/Sideloadly and download & drag & drop the IPA manually for now. -
Can you visit developer.apple.com and see if they’re asking for anything there? Make sure your devices are connected to the internet.
