We can't create a sub forum for every language out there. It's too much. Although it might be a good idea for some, I don't really think it's going to work out...

So you want to create a new foreign section for all non-English speakers? We can do that easily but the problem will be maintaining it. Sure, you'll be able to help out the Turkish users but who will help out the rest? What will that foreign section be about? I doubt anyone will be posting foreign language tutorials or cheats or something else?
