I think there were some other users with this problem and it was mostly because it had no iOS 8.1.2 support. Have you tried reinstalling XModGames?

Go here: http://iosgods.com/topic/907-updated-minecraft-pocket-edition-v0104-7/ Reply to the thread or click the thanks button to get the download link. Open the download link via Safari on iOS and download it. Once you click the download link, you'll need to tap on the "Open in iFile..." option. It will open it in iFile and now you need to click installer option from the popup. Done.

I think it detected that you changed your Save Game files? If you want it to believe you're not Jailbroken, process the game in flex 2 and search for "jailbreak". There should be a isJailbroken method, return it to FALSE and turn the patch on. -
