There is no general solution to this as apps have different checks, but you can try spoofing the app version when installing via Sideloadly. Otherwise, please check the official topic or app on the iOSGods App for when the new update is available! -

Hello, Please try re-pairing your device with your computer (use the option in Sideloadly) and make sure iTunes & iCloud are installed and working. Rebooting your devices may also help!
