    I see both devices are registered with us & active, so the only thing I can think of right now is you're trying to install an app on the wrong device? When attempting to install, do you get the popover asking which device you'd like to install on? If not, you may have favorited the wrong device and you can change this on App+ Membership Info page under More tab.
